All government guidelines will be strictly adhered to and anyone who does not will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

Anyone who is suffering from any symptoms associated with Covid 19 or has been in direct contact with a sufferer should not attend classes.

All clients are booked via Go Team Up enabling Inspire Studio to keep accurate records of attendees for track and trace recording.

A designated sanitiser station is available for instructors and clients and must be used on entry to the studio.

Clients and instructors must wear face-covering upon entering the studio or show proof of exemption. It is not recommended that clients wear face coverings whilst exercising.

Marked social distancing measures are in place.

Weather permitting the roller shutter door will remain open throughout the session to maintain adequate ventilation. The use of fans is not permitted.

A maximum of 16 clients plus an instructor will be allowed into the studio area.

All equipment should be wiped down by clients/instructors before and after use.

Wherever possible clients should supply their own mats.

Bags and other personal possessions are not allowed in the studio, there are a limited number of lockers available if required.

The toilet is managed by vacant/engaged sign, users should not wait in the washroom area. Sanitiser is available & touchpoints in the toilets should be cleaned by the user. Windows will be open.

The use of shower and changing area is permitted but clients should wherever possible arrive wearing their fitness clothing and only use these facilities when strictly necessary.

Clients should arrive a short time prior to sessions and leave the premises afterwards unless seated in the coffee area.

The seated entrance area has a maximum number of 9 persons based on 3 tables.

Face coverings must be worn unless seated.
