We currently collect and process the following information:
Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics this includes names, addresses, phone numbers and emails. We also collect confidential health information to enable safe working practices in our industry (PARQ)
The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
We may need to contact you in case of emergency, we need to inform you regarding updates and cancellations to your sessions, we need to inform you of any changes to our studio policies and facilities.
We do not share this information unless legally required by statutory bodies requiring compliance to the law.

We collect your personal information directly from yourself via:
Web site input/email/WhatsApp/Facebook/Instagram/text and all forms of written material. This information will not be passed to any third party except to meet our legal obligations.
We store any hard copy information in a locked cabinet, all data is destroyed by an approved commercial shredder within appropriate timescales i.e when a member terminates their agreement with Inspire Studio or their PARQ is no longer valid or appropriate. All Covid Track and Trace information is destroyed after three weeks.
All other data is stored via password encrypted sites, this will also be destroyed on termination of membership.
Inspire Studio use a third party ‘Go Team Up’ to process financial arrangements. Any information submitted on this basis to ‘Go Team Up’ will not be shared with us and we have no access to any financial data.
