Inspire started in 2019. Our aim was to create a female friendly studio where ladies feel comfortable to exercise. We understand how scary it can be to go into a gym for the first time, so our studio is a safe place where ladies don’t feel judged & they can reach their fitness goals.

Situated on Roundtree Way, Norwich & Page Road, Norwich – Inspire is now home to twelve Personal Trainers and four Therapists.

Our studio provides the perfect destinations to stay fit and healthy, and boost your confidence with exercise. Facilities include a brand new state of the art studio, a timetable of 30 classes a week, a Personal Training Studio & four beautiful treatment rooms.
If you need a place to meet with friends or a quick pit stop – we have a lovely coffee shop with snacks & seating.
