Classes & Membership

Group exercise is one of the best ways to keep fit! At Inspire we have a variety of classes to suit your needs.. From Group Cycling to HIIT, from Yoga & Pilates to Step – we promise you’ll find something you love!

Group Fitness is a great way to stay motivated & accountable & also meet new friends. We also promise to do everything we can to make you feel safe & help you reach your goals.

Our class only membership is £44.99 a month for unlimited classes. 3-month minimum contract, with no admin/joining fee. Our classes are suitable for all levels & abilities – and are bookable one week in advance.

Class descriptions

CIRCUITS

Both high-intensity workouts.
The quickest & easiest way to get results by working at 100% effort followed by a recovery.

You keep your heart rate up, and burn more in less time!

 

SPIN

Group cycling! A fantastic way to keep fit & stay fit! Guaranteed awesome tunes, maybe some singing, and LOTS of sweat!

Great for all abilities as its low impact on knees & other joints.

 

FITNESS PILATES / FITNESS FLOW

Great for challenging muscle toning, core strength & flexibility. Slightly quicker moving than traditional Pilates, but great to achieve results.

Promise you’ll leave feeling better than you arrived!

 

TOTAL BODY WORKOUT 

An all-over body toning class that will leave you feeling energised.

Suitable for all levels – and a little something for everyone!

 

STEP

Leg warmers not necessary! Old-skool step aerobics has returned.

Guaranteed sweat, brainpower & lots of fun!

 

TONE & CORE / BOOTY-CAMP

Legs, bums, tums! The perfect way to tone any wobbly bits, and get fitter.
